Upon retirement from my profession, I enrolled in a precious metal clay (PMC) class at Arkansas Museum of Art. I started in PMC and then enrolled in a metalsmithing class using traditional Sterling silver techniques. Since this initial class, I have taken many classes offered in art schools, as well as online courses with many teachers nationwide and other countries. The pandemic opened my mind to virtual learning. The diversity of teachers and their techniques and styles have helped me hone my creativity and develop my skill.
